User Data Deletion

Request deletion

Email info@painfreecreams.com with the subject ‘User Data Deletion’, or contact us in your existing Messenger or Instagram conversation. Provide the email address or username you used and specify the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. We may request necessary information to verify your identity and protect other people’s data.

Data covered

Requests may cover messages, enquiries, customer and partner records, and Meta profile information such as name, username, profile picture and follower count, where received. We delete or anonymise information we no longer have a lawful basis to retain.

Response time and retention

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. GDPR may allow up to two additional months for complex or numerous requests; we explain any extension within the first month. Order, invoice and payment records may need to be retained under accounting rules or for legal claims. Our response explains any exceptions and retention periods.

Data held by Meta

This request covers data processed by Painfree (Nordic FZCO). It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or automatically remove Meta’s copy of a conversation.
